I see. No lag, I break boost. If you are wanting one of those 'start at 3000 rpm' measurements, it makes 25psi by about 3850. I'll try to remember to get a cluster and boost gauge vid net change i get. |

That's the tires losing and gaining traction through the pull.
It sounds like it's the tires trying to find traction to me also, like you were on a road that they tried to fix with tar patches, you know how your tires will spin then grab then spin.
