hell yea another 5858 kill.its a street terrior i cant wait to turn the boost up to like 38 psi and let shiz get real.

My only trip to the track was untuned (same boost level as now, just less timing and richer then). I went 98.X. I believe with the extra timing and having the a:f dialed in I should have picked up another mph or 3.
Murdock, make sure you swap the hotside out if you cross that 30 psi mark. Ported head or not, log manifold or tubular, you will lose boost with RPM on the .63 setup. Enjoy that 5858, it's an awesome turbo! |

Nice I was gonna get this turbo but was told to much for stock internals but now I see your doing just fine now I'm hmmmmm maybe. Are you also stock head studs and head gasket & what are your hp #s on this psi

im stock bottom,head,studs,gasket and made the numbers in my sig at 25 psi. i think when i get some head work done and a built bottom end ill get a better tq number and then see spool a little faster

You kids and your speedo vids... :P I have that run on youtube somewhere, my channel is jershelb. Hmm i didnt think about this yet. what all would it intel on changing? just the housing

It's all stock. I was street tuned by Duster, no dyno numbers. Speaking in terms of usable power band on a stock longblock, i consider it to be a great turbo for the job. Knock on wood, i have had this guy up around 28-29 psi on race fuel and 25psi daily on pump with great results. 90k miles on the clock. |

Same turbo I'm buying in a week.(stock long block e85) Just having a hard time deciding journal or ball bearing still. Lol I'll probably never get a bigger turbo then this so idk.
