Nice run.. Shows how well you know your car... But that SS couldn't drive- Bone stock that SS should be 13.4 -13.7 @ around 106mph and again thats a bone stock SS-

Worst event I've ever been to, very disorganized, little kids wondering around on the road on the way back to the staging lanes, hopefully no one got hurt there that weekend.
Also took me about 2 trips driving around till I could find tech inspection, even at that they just signed off on it never even looking at my car.
Many LS1 F-Bodys run 13.3 to 13.1 with a decent driver. My friends 02 ws6 6Speed had a SLP lid and catback and ran a 13.16 at 108 at cecil in maryland.

But I've seen a lot of LT1's have trouble breaking into the 13's.

That is true. Most LT1's are slow and would get beat by a SRT4. But the LT1 is a small block with minor updates since the 1960s. The LS1 is a totaly differnent animal that is 4ci's smaller than the LT1 and is all aluminum with a composite intake manifold that has no heat soak and loves hot lapping. The LS1 has a very strong bottom end that has been proven to handle 200 shots and some on LS1tech have taken stock stock short blocks up to 350 shots!! and made many good passes with a very good tune and a progressive shot many things are possible with them. Hope this helps you understand your op alittle.
