I had a great time at BMS and took some footage of a few members and I will try and get some more runs posted. Here is my 1st kill at the strip. I had a great time even tho I could not do better than a 14.1. I think I will be spening a few more nights at the strip to work on my launch.
Enjoy, AlterEgo
Funny you ask because I have some very nice shots of a Dyno run I had did yesterday with a new frined of mine named ACR something or another (jk) He hooked a brotha up!!! I will post a short clip of the Dyno run maybe tomorrow. I got a very sad 243.8 HP out of my car but it is far from being tuned properly. The WGAK & EBC are not working with each other yet but soon I will learn what the hell I am doing and fix some issues.
I have no clue what RPM because I am to caught up in the dam stage lights. I have the worst time with keeping the tires from breaking loose form being excited and giving a lil to much gas off the start. I jus need to go out to the track a bunch more to learn.
Eegad, considering my first time to the track I was pulling high .5's low .6s for my reaction time, you should be in thirteens just with a better reaction. Then a better launch will get you even lower. Its all about practice though.
doh, yoru right! :p I have only gone to the track twice and always forget that. Sorry, I'm wrong, but you could have a better reaction time. I could never figure out why my car had a better 1/4 time but I lost until I realized that that is where the R/T comes in. Hehe.

You will be able to get the 60' time to 2.00 by leaving the line just barely above an idel and rolling on the power and rolling out of the clutch. Too sudden of a release on the clutch or full throttle on this car (long stroke motor) will do nothing but melt the tires.
There are better times to come in the future. Hang in there!
don't feel bad. I had a 2.204 60ft time and ran 14.4 at 93mph. And I didn't miss a shift. I don't think I ran up the RPM's enough in each gear. More practice coming next week
Your Mods are the only thing that got you a 14.1 with a 2.3 60 ft time. get that number down to 2.2, 2.1, or 2.0 and you'll be well into the 13's
