It's my buddies car, a 09 turbo SS Cobalt. The car is completely bonestock with a tune, from Livernois. On the dyno(dynojet) the car made 285Whp & 330lb with roughly 20psi. The boost spikes to 22ish but hold a steady 20psi throughout the powerband. The car has direct injection & runs almost 2200psi fuel pressure. I will let the videos do the talking if there's any questions, feel free. I was completely impressed with the car, feels as powerful as my stg2 skittle was. Enjoy!!!
Nice numbers and impressive. Its not quite fair though if you have a stock srt racing a ss/tc with a tune and bumpin up the psi. That isnt stock for stock. It seems like your failing to understand that. Turn the srt's boost up and a tune itd probably be even or the srt would probably pull away

is it me or is 2200 psi of fuel seem high for a gas power car??? maybe its diesel powered
^True...Our cars run 58 PSI for fuel pressure and this car runs 2200 PSI? I didn't know NASA was going to put the cobalt into orbit with that much pressure running through the fuel system.
I just had an 09 balt for dinner going to the olive garden with my wife. Some kid thought his car was fast. But it wasn't a fair fight, my car puts down 385whp and 400 torque with my Delta 44. Kinda like the video don't you think!

It pretty much atomizes the fuel for a good burn. The VW GTI has extremely high fuel pressure for this as well if i'm not mistaken.
...except I made 296 whp and 334 lb at the wheels on my Stage 2 srt with minimal mods (exhaust, boost controller basically) and no special tune. The Cobalt is only...what....6 years late to the party?

amen to this statement took chevy 6 yrs to be able to finally produce a pos to hang with the srt. the cobalt has 30 more hp then the srt stock and runs a 10th faster in the quarter pretty sad imho. jus my 2 cents

And Dodge got one try that today it's eating every other asses. Plus the csrt4 that is putting 500 to the wheels with stock internals. Try that with the slobalt to see what happens.

They're pretty new and some are already getting pretty close to those numbers.
The car is bonestock down to the paper filter. A simple flash made it as fast as my stg2 skittle was!!!!! Went from 14psi stock to 22psi spike & a hold of 20psi.
We straight up shit on that Srt4 everytime, like hotcakes. Easy.
250$ & insert plug, program done. 285-330 DONE!!!
