'04 srt-4 vs. '02 chevy s10 v6

What can I say, we were bored.

I purposely took off slow from a dig; however, I did not purposely shift so damn slow. I get blocked out of every gear at high rpm's, so it takes 1-2 seconds for me to get it into gear. You can really see it on the 1-2 shift. I think it's the clutch.

Anyone know any tests I can do to see if it's the clutch? I swear I'm not a bad driver, I could shift extremely fast in all my previous cars, but in the srt I pretty much hit a wall everytime I shift (high rpm's only).

pull ebrake, push down the brake and put it in first, give it gas while still pushing the break. if rpms climb and ur not going n e where ur clutch is slipping.

sounds like clutch fork or shift selector tho

me too but mind was a 94 golf 2.0 5spd
