MS vs NEO?

Trying to hide boost to PCM and have all basics:

NEO fuel controller
E boost controller
TIP mod

Will MS do a better job than NEO? I have NEO and it helped but PCM still starts to pull boost even though now with NEO I can boost higher without throwing codes. No codes but I see boost levels falling after driving car for about 30 minutes.

Then I reset PCM by disconnecting battery and boost it back for about another 30 MIN.

PCM is seeing boost. Help me hide boost!
