Default MS v29 NGC 04motor only fires two plugs

I have gone through and checked the wires, connections.. coil pack etc. its an 04 turbo sRT setup in a 98 R/T with an RS autosport ecu.

it will fire on 1-4, or if I switch the wires on the coil pack 2-3.

advice? I looked in das NGC thread with a billion posts and have seen info relating to this...

the map can be viewed here:

http://www.mnmopars.org/files/zeeboid2.msq

I have also reflashed with the v29 just to be sure but no dice.

Sugguestions?

you spark settings are wrong. Your crank angle needs to be 62 and the crank advance angle needs to be 10, hold ignition should be 1 or 0

well aside from your cranking angle being wrong, and your hold ignition is wrong (should be 1) and your spark table is crazy other diferences you have are:
in the codebase and outputs your your x4 is on boost control, i have it on output 1
your wheel decoder routine is 024s9 style and i have 025 style

and i think thats it. im pretty sure the outpud shouldnt matter, but the routine might. also are you sure you wired it up right? i would put a test light on all the othr wires and crank it to see if you get some activity, but im pretty sure ms grounds it, so you need to hook to a power source and then the wire, but double check with someone

the srt 4 runs on a waste spark system. by this i mean that the car fires 1 and 4 and 2 and 3 at the same time; this is ok because one of the cylinders is on it's combustion cycle while the other is on it's exhaust so it doesnt matter if it sparks on exhaust. you are getting 1 and 4 or 2 and 3 because one of the coil drivers is not functioning... recheck all of the wiring from the two coil drivers to the coil pack or look into how the drivers are programmed.

Like stated above. You fried one of your VB's.
They suck anyways an dyou should pay RS to upgrade them.

Also the crank angle should be at 69 not 62. and also set to inverted YES.

62 is actually correct for the NGC motor. And I am probably going to send my unit back to RS to either replace the VB or upgrade to their new experimental units. Time to start playing again.

Did you ever get this fixed? It should just be a diode that RS accidently installed. All I had to do was cut it out and I've been running on MS ever since.

Glad you got it fixed. I actually installed a new ignition module before I saw the TSB from RS at the dot org. The upgraded modules should be arriving any day now.
