oh yea, we need a serious, no bullshit discussion thread on developping base maps and information on it. I know sour krout is planning on it too, but we could run one in my forum so that I can keep all the bs out of it (though we are known for postwhoring ALOT down there lol)

Can you get the MS with a seperate crank trigger sensor, like the tec3?

yes, you can run the megasquirt off of a trigger wheel, and there's various different softwares to do it with, like edis and a few others. Question is... why when we got the factory crank signal working?

Yeah, it would be nice to start a MegaSquirt sticky since it's starting to take notice and also since sour krout is also going to test this setup. Otherwise we can do it on your forum glacious or take it to 4mation. i dont see any problem here though
