IAC Closed Loop working, but loud as hell

Hey all.

98 R/T with a 04 SRT engine. Megasquirt.

i've got it set to closed loop IAC... the IAC flutters to control the idle, but it makes a loud noise. louder then the engine running with out exhaust. it sounds like its being flicked open or something. thoughts on those who have closed loop IAC working?

I don't know. Vaccuum leak?

Does it sound like air passing/leaking or is it an electrical buzzing sound?

I had an enormous buzzing sound with mine. Changing settings did nothing and it ended up killing my IAC.
