Default contemplating engine swap

My question, at the beginning of April i wanna pick up an '05 pt turbo motor to replace my stock '01 2.4 in my '96 neon, can the MS run spark as well as fuel on an NGC motor?

If it can at least run and get me to the track, i will be able to do lots of testing to help you guys further improve this firmware.

BTW, i'm already running megasquirt on my car, so i'm not a noob that's gonna ask questions on what i need to install the unit and crap
