No, i sold it to a local TD fanatic Sc-6152SP and MS run very strong.

Now i work on a plug'n play harness for SRT/MS.
I plan to put a A413 in my SRT to see how it will run whit the stock turbo.

And you what going on?

Sorry to not update. It was just too costly to get the plugs made that I would need to do it, and it wasn't worth going to every junkyard in the area to get every ECU and plug to do this. Considering I (ASP) have only been able to sell 1 SOHC turbo kit even at a lower price point than Hahn but with more features and power, I'm very reluctant to dump a couple grand into this project to see $400 come back.

Looks just like the one i'm working on. Looks good man! I had the hardest time finding the stupid pins...Oh and getting the PCM side connector is a pain in the ass....

Good Job man!

Thank you!

Here what My MS will do :

Read the coolant and IAT and still get the dash working
Read stock NGC
Fan driver
Boost control output for AEM solenoid
Fuel - spark : 1 table of each for begin
Already have the Cold start run great on a 2.4 T so i wil be ok
577cc tune & 682cc tune
Stage 1 or 3 spark table.
Lauch control & flat shift control
Adjustable REV limiter.
Antilag is now present un Hr11C1

I forgot ....too much too list!

New update on temp reading whitout bias resistor. I have do some test and i think i found the internal bias resistor value of the Dodge PCM

Test was so with a 10k Resistor on the coolant plug.

Here result :

Open circuit= 5V so the PCM use 5V for temp divider.
10k resistor in = Voltage on the resistor = 3.565 and the real value is 9.87K
I draw across the circuit is 355 uA.

So: 5V - 3.565V = 1.435v / 355uA = 4042 Ohms!

If i use only resistor value:

3.656V / 9.87K = 361uA

1.435v / 361 uA = 3975 Ohms!

The internal resistor for bias is 4K.

It's time for Easytherm now and check if the value is like the pcm reading!

Awesome news! Now the flat shifting is that for Wide open throttle shifting where it cuts fuel and spark for the time you shift?

Yes that what flat shift do.

NB: the calculation i have do in the previous post is to share coolant and IAT sensor across stock PCM and Megsquirt. ( for the one that not know)

i haz ultimate skillz with a soldering iron.
i put a jaw unit together(easy)
the only problem is a ms kit with all the stuff for a clean install will be about 300$
and the diablo can be had for 320 at certain renegade dealerships

NOT trying to thread crap really just trying to discuss the pro's and cons

If you have a race or radical street car and aren't real concerned with passing emissions a MS (or any other stand alone) will give you a lot more control. You'll get things like 2-step rev limiter, programmable input/outputs for things like nitrous/water injection control, etc.

However, for a mainly street driven car that needs to pass emissions a diablo or SCT setup would be better.

And Ms need work, you must customize your code for different need, and do all the mod on the board for what you need..

IMO for every day SRT owner..diablo is much better... For the people like me that like do it all by themself and control 100% of the engine MS .
