0 degs outside and won't start (Cranking/Prime Table)

Its 0 degs outside here in Michigan, which sucks, but anyway. I have my Cranking/Prime Table set at 25.5 (mS) at 0 deg and my car wont start without starting fluid. I can't give it any more fuel because 25.5(mS) is the max MS will let me set. I noticed that the "Fire Priming Pulse" offers 3 setting; Power up, Twice and After 2 sec. Mine is set on "after 2 sec". If I switch it to "Twice" does that mean that it will fire the injectors for 25.5 (mS) two time therefore doubling the amount of fuel at the same (mS) setting?
There is nothing that describes these 3 setting in the Manuel that I could find. Link to one?
By the way, I have a completely stock 2004 STR4 engine in my car.

im assuming you have the stock stg 1 injectors in there. either way, that is wayyy too much fuel. you should be aiming for around 15 at that temp

Yes, I have stage 1 injectors with 60psi fuel pressure.

I just tried it again at 20ms on the "Twice" setting and the car starts for about 3 seconds and dies, then restarts fine like it needs more fuel. At least it starts now!!!!

Have you tried starting yours at 15ms at 0deg F with any luck?

nah i never got it started at that temp. i just knew 25 was too much. it sounds like your afterstart needs to be tweeked
