Default upgrading power grounds ??????????

well I've been tapping into the harness for running extra injectors and was wondering if I should upgrade my power ground to the EMS (jay???)

I also need to tap a power source for the injectors (+) and was wondering if a fused line from the power block (its switched) would be OK or if something special would be needed

I'm about to do the same thing, set up my wiring harness for 8 injectors. I was thinking about just tapping into the existing power line, gr/rd i think, for the injectors and then run the grounds to the corresponding pins. I think that would be the easiest way. Thoughts?

the pin outs are open for 7-10 injectors on the black plug so thats super easy I was just going to tie my power into the fuse block, I dont wanna stress the primary circuit (+) too much, from what I'm told any switched power source will be fine

Just curious, what is the benefit of running more injectors?

Nutz you do have a ground wire running from the battery over to the ecu ground on the radiator support correct? that should solve the grounding issue you are asking..

Not sure on the power source... jay would have to chime in on that one..

kinda, but I'm planing on running a booster ground wire from the trunk (Battery) to my grounds. I changed out all my ground points for bronze/copper lugs so it should be easy. I was actually thinking about the ground to the EMS, I noticed when I disconnect the dodge ECU from the EMS the EMS is about 10x more responsive go figure

absolutely dude.. the ecu is voltage sensitive. ive run a dedicated keyed power to the ecu before and i always run a solid chassis ground to the sensor ground circuits. srt wiring isnt that great so any proactive upgrades do help. unibody chassis' are so ftl
