that gain sounds way off. when you measure the voltage with the sensor unplugged at the pcm it should read somewhere around 2.XX volts.
the gain is usually somewhere around .8 - 1.1 i dont think i have ever seen it higher.
also and this goes for everyone
the ground for the aem wideband MUST BE A SUFFICIENT GROUND!!!!
if the ground is not good you will never read right and 02 feedback will be way off.
what i usually do is run the ground for the wideband directly to the battery ground and i also run extra grounds from the battery to the pcm sensor grounds.
