Default stumble after start

ok so my only 2 issues i have left with my tune is that when the car starts and idle's perfect for about 5 seconds then it will almost die then it idles fine again.......it seemed it got better after i upped the fuel pump prime setting but it seems that it is just when the prime goes away and the regular pump comes on there is a gap

and no matter what i do i have to give the car gas to start it and it cranks excessivly when really cold in the morning.....

how do you go about fixing this?

and if anyone knows why i have this issue with my gauges, if i start the car im fine but if i sit in the car to finish a phone call or something and just turn the key on to put the window down or something and then the next time i turn the key on the gauges dont work

try setting your 02 feedback min coolant parameter to something a little higher so it runs on raw fuel for a min.as far as having to step on the gas on cold start maybe you have to much fuel in the coolant table

15%? that seems really low, i have never had to go down from the stock cal, always up but even that starts at 40%

i had to take it down because if i started driving the car when it was cold on the stock settings it would be like a 10.1 afr cruisin

yeah thats pretty weird, i dont have an answer for that.id have to see the map to see where you are adding the fuel in.i hear ya about running the car early in the morning.the cops are pretty strict around here. when we first put the red sled together we had it idling at 5am and cops came and made us shut it off.they said they had multiple comlaints lol

yeah i believe that....oh well some one always complains over something

im not sure either....but i also have some issue for a long time that my fuel pressure does not stay up when i turn the key off.....if i plug the return off the aeromotive reg it stays up.....and the longer i leave the key in the run position the easier it is to start....but like i said i turn the fuel pump prime setting to like 10 sec

what are you using for return line? agp? i would pull that regulator out(the stock one in the tank) and take a real good look at the black o-ring.i see it all the time where the black piece pushes into the reg and when you install it the black oring leaks internally.i usually put an extra oring on

it was a pieced together kit....it is a dcr 255 pump, bottle neck fix, -6an stainless to a boomba rail, -6 stainless to a aeromotive reg, then -6 back to the tank.......like i said if it is hooked up just like it is is bleeds pressure off instantly.....if i plug the end of the rail and just turn the pump on for a split second and check the manual gauge mounted on the rail it holds pressure and does not drop.....if i cap the line after the regulator it still holds rock solid.......but as a complete system it does not hold......i called aeromotive on many occasions and they said it is supposed to do that......i even sent the reg back to them and they said everything was fine and they found a small crack in the diaphram and replaced it and sent it right back to me.....still does it

Thats always going to happen with that type of return line. It shouldn't be a problem. I have a similar setup, same thing. No problem with it here.

would like to know the cure for the guage problem until i can bring the car down to jay.Forr about a year, if i close the doors and the alarm arms after10 mintues the guages are dead. I would have to disconnect and reconnect the battery terminal for less than a second and guages work fine. Now in the mornings i have to leave my door open for like 10mins., wait for the alarm to arm, get dressed and when i come back outside the guages are good. Weird and confusing!!
