Looking for the second set to kick on at say 10PSI? Lay out for me what/how you plan on using the secondaries.

have a portfueler on the way, will use the plate and extra rail for another set of 500cc

it has a seprate computer to make em staged but i would rather use the EMS since it would be seemless

750 primary 500 2nd stage = 1250cc (i doubt i will ever use that much fuel)

Your going to need to turn on injectors 5-6-7-8 and set up a fuel difference map I think.

I recall reading something somehwere about if you ramp in the secondaries you losw PW to the Primaries. Hmmm, maybe that was a supra box I was looking at.

Anyhow, it's a bit tricky with different sized injectors. As you have to be able to meter the secondary flow in addition to the primary flow.

I'm unsure of exactly how that secondary fuel map and the fuel difference map affect eachother if at all.

I'd use the 2nd set of injectors not for fuel but for water injection.

we were gonna do that a while ago and i even spoke to PtP about doing it but the logistics of an entire fuel system devoted to alchol and switching fuel/ignition maps just made it something more than i was willing to commit to.but E-85 is the killer of my dreams if any thing i will just mix E-85 with race fuel for a cheap solution ,75% e-85/25% q16 if i ever NEED that much control or power

i may try to do this because i dont want to run lowz injectors, already have 900's. but i may just crank up the pressure to ~70psi base to get the flow rates that i want. damn E-85

from what i see 1000-1200 would be the max injector to get it to idle around 1000 rpm's with a 40psi base pressure (min opening would be 1.6ms) this is the only reason i would even consider it, with e-85 you could probibly idle with 1400-1600cc's

Injector Dynamics. HighZ 1000 1600 and 2200

My 1000's returnless on pump gas rocked! Idle quality was better then stock. Base pressure was 58psi.

I just saw that they have a 2000cc injector That's crazy. But I didn't see a high impedence 1600, do you have a link?

What kind of info are you looking for here, Nutz? Pin-out info? Or configuring the outputs on the EMS to run the secondaries?

just look into a set of injectors from here. I have the 1000's and love them. But I might upgrade to the bigger ones since I'm on E85. Injector Dynamics
