no more speedo

my dash lost speed and so did my log ???
everything else looks OK tach, fuel, blinkers, odometer.....but the ABS light is on and so is the MIL light
i dont know what i did ???


any ideas guys

Check the connection on the vehicle speed sensor on the tranny. That's where the pcm gets the input to determine the speed which would cause the gauge and datalog to stop working since there is no input. What dtc(s) is it throwing? I would expect you to see at least P0500 - No Vehicle Speed Sensor Signal

thanx man , i checked out the pcm plugs the look all good only thing i can think is maybe i melted a wire from the trans i will look at the codes tomorrow

if its an ems isnt the engine light always on? my speedo stopped working last week for a day i dunno why but came back all the sudden while i was driving down the free way

freeway pulls ftw i have no idea what happened but i do know there are some melted wires down there

freaking speedo will work then nothing WTF, i had to turn off my 2 step and my cruise idle isnt working like it should (car wants to die now)....i want to shoot it......
