Default Need help, look inside

So, after hours of research, and looking into things this is what I've determined.

1: Boost Solenoid Stays 100% Shut when hooked up
2: When Unplugged Stays 100% Open
3: What ever settings I tell the EMS, makes no difference, 100% Closed

I've swapped solenoids with a friends car, still the same.

I've read tons of post of people using the stock solenoid, but no matter what I do it doesn't control the boost.

Spring pressure is 10psi.

Please info anyone?

tried that, seems everything I do just makes the stupid thing stay closed, tried even 0, still closed, 99, still closed.

I also tried the invert button, but as I said unplug it from the harness and the solenoid is normally open, just as soon as I plug back into the car it closes and won't open, I was thinking maybe I missed a setting or something, can't find anything.
