Ok, one quick thing. How did you set up your TPS calibration? If you simply went through the auto-calibration for the TPS and didn't adjust the min voltage afterward, that would have a lot to do with your feedback controls working to stabilize your idle.

I feel it's a fluke with the AEM software, but the ignition and fuel trims for idle stabilizing will NOT act unless your reading greater than 0% idle. What you need to do is auto-calibrate your TPS, then after completing that process, you need to go to [SETUP] [SENSORS] [THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR] [OPTIONS - TPS], and from there, decrease the minimum voltage value so that your idle percentage reading while not pressing the gas at all is reading greater than 0%.

After doing that, your ignition and fuel trims for idle stabilizing will begin to act.

Now, as Nutz mentioned, you NEED to make sure the fuel map is as close as possible. the fuel/ignition trims should not be 100% depended upon to keep your car running "ok".

Before knowing about this issue with the TPS voltage/% correlation, I still managed to get my car to idle steady with 1000cc injectors w/out the aid of the Idle fuel/ignition trims.

Now, on to the reason I feel that this is a fluke with the AEM software.

When doing this (adjusting TPS voltage/% correlation), your "O2 FB DFCO Clear" never works. What this means, is that when you are cruising, if your O2 feedback is acting and reaches a -7% or greater value, when you let off the gas afterward and go back to idle, your car will stumble for a minute, because the O2 feedback is still trimming -7% or greater from while you were on the gas. And at idle, that will usually be enough to cause a pretty nasty stumble, and sometimes a stall.

Again, this pretty much goes back to having your fuel map as well dialed in as possible so that O2 feedback doesn't have to work too much.

A round trip plane ticket, room and board, and 3 square meals a day!

Just don't allow me to get too crazy with it, or you'll suffer the same fate I did...LOL!

Yea, sorry. April 5th is the start of gasoline blending season, so i've been... hectic, to say the least. As well, I got my promotion, so visited my private life.

It was fixed in the fuel enrichment table, as well as replacing the broken IAT sensor (the new helped only a very little with the idle). I have some more tuning to do, but it isn't going to be daily driven more then a mile to and from work until I get my secondary car. At that point, I will have a 3582 put on it and we'll go from there with the tuning

Thanks for all of the advice
