Default IAC Motor Humming

With the engine off/key on, my IAC motor is humming pretty good. I noticed on a friends srt, same conditions, but IAC is not humming. Is the humming a problem, or just normal with a ems?

Talked to Jay this morning, seems the boost solenoid and the IAC work on the same freq. and it is not an issue to worry about.
