Default Help!!! Problems with wideband on AEM EMS UEGO

Okay here is the run down. We installed the AEM EMS UEGO and it reads 3.94v (which is correct) with the sensor disconnected. However, as soon as we plug in the sensor it reads 5v with the key turned (should be 14.0) and reads the same when the car is running. When we give the car some gas the a/fs stay right on 8.1 and 5v. Any ideas or suggestions on what's wrong?

Figured it out. Even though "gasoline" is selected the EMS can still default to "methanol" but show "gasoline" selected. In order to fix the problem, you have to select another fuel then reselect gasoline
