Default HELP ASAP boost solenoid problem"AT DYNO NOW!"

IM at the dyno right now and i need help getting my solenoid to work.
Need help hooking up aem boost solenoid. Everything is connected correctly, I have the hot connected to high side number one and the other connected to c2 28 blue wire from the ecu.
The solenoid does not click like it is suppose to. However If I use the high side number 1 and ground the other wire the solenoid will click. Is there something that needs changed in aem???

Thanks
Matt'!~

Sounds like its installed incorrectly, use the wires that are on the stock solenoid which is Pw#2(C1-28) and a ground. c2-28 is a dedicated power source for the iac return
