Default fuel pump prime linked with starter engagement?

I have run into a few issues I'm not sure if they are interlinked.
Im on aem ems
I was driving around last night. Got off the freeway and went over a little dip and the car shut off.(I did not hit it hard or anything it just stuck out in my mind as the point at which the car first shut off).
Now the car is being a whore.
--Fuel pump will not prime some times.
--When fuel pump does not prime the car starter will not engage (will not crank)
--car will die at idle some times (say if I'm sitting in the garage with the car running while filling block with coolant)
--car hits a wall when i get on it even a little bit. bucks then may or may not die when i return to normal driving.
--car dies while driving sometime.

these are all issues I'm having but the one that is odd to me is the connection between if the pump does not prime then the car will not crank symptom. can some one explain this to me?

sounds like the harness might have took some damage, your right the car should turn over prime or not.
If you have not changed the cal I would look in to the harness and main relay bank, I dont think it would be an EMS issue (if no changes to cal were made)

make sure the harness in still connected to the EMS, look for damage to any harness wireing

only other thing I can think of would be, a possible leak in fuel pressure, that may explain the stumble but not why your starter dosnt engage
