Default EMS starting problem after sitting for 6 months

I just took the car out of storage last week. It started fine and drove home good after sitting for the 6 months. Parked it in the garage. It sat for about a week, then I went to start it to move it and it runs on 1 or 2 cylinders.

I've inspected all the usual stuff (plugs, wiring, looking for a rodent, etc, compression) but nothing I can see would cause the problem.

I guess what im asking is what kind of stuff do you log to try and narrow down the problem? Can you log something from the crank sensor to see exactly which cylinder is not firing?

In the past 2 years i've figured out how to tune in pretty good with the logs, but i havnt had any problems till today. And with the amount of stuff you can log...I dont know what anything is! For example...what the hell is COMOK?

Oh, and does anyone have a link or a place or something that lists what all the logging parameters actually log?

if you suspect the EMS use the stock ECU (it wont run right but good enough to test) if all your problems go away, I would recomend sending it in for service, if problem persist swap the EMS back in and start checking for spark than fuel (if its two cyl. i would say one of your coils might be out in the coil pac)

I plugged the stock ECU back in and it still kinda runs the same way (runs alot worse)

I also checked the coil and its good.

OK well that's good (kinda) that would mean the EMS is good and you say the coil is good, so plugs, wires and injectors would be next on my list then move on to the harness (look for breaks)

run it for a while, pull plugs, feel for heat, look for gas, if they are cool and wet that is the cyl that isn't firing, if they are cool and dry they aren't getting enough gas (you will be able to tell which cyl. has been firing by the heat )

unfortunately i don't think the EMS parameters will be any help tracking down anything but a tuning problem

Well....i appreciate all the help. After alot of diagnosis found that its a fuel pump. It builds good pressure when i start it, but after running for about 30 seconds (or more) it steadily drops pressure till it stabilizes at around 15-20PSI.

Anyone know the part number on a walbro 255 found in the Fullblown pumps?

It says on the side of the fuel pump. Sorry, but I don't remember off the top of my head. PM aaron and he might be able to help you as he deals a lot with them.
