Can I ask why?

Oh. I figured some LED tails, one wiper conversion, and neon lights would have done the job
lol, naa I'm running a couple steps colder and want to convert to E-85, i figure that N20 some W/M and the 35r should add up to some serious resistance, in the past i would gap the plugs tight but they would eventually foul soo i got a DIS box now i gap em at .04 and have passed 450 without any blow out
i dont want to go back to .025 gap and have em foul every couple weeks
i have been siting on another dis2 box and was just gonna use 2 of em to make a dis-4 but @ 190 mj per out put ...either that or i can sell it for .02 on the dollar
no matter what you do you need to get rid of the waste spark, it fires twice as much so it cuts the capacity of the coil in half (rpm), so with a direct fire you would have 4 drivers running 4 channels on your box (inturn running 4 coils), i have 2 very hot box's each with a total of 190mj (box's are rated for total output not per channeL) so two would give me 360mj of output into a coil with a 36000v 1/2 amp output (volts should never exceed 40000 or it will arc to ground too easily), as for MSD's name they are the best no doubt and trust me i have done the reserch and been a doubter, cranes boxes have a huge failure rate and i hear AEM box's are just flat out junk and burn out quick, and i would not trust the "new guy" who farms out their product from some unknown chineese shop, the big guys still use over seas labor but have their own facilitys,
as for wireing it up you just do it like a 4 channel ...no different
the only problems i see is the amp draw, reliability, and where to put em (cool dry place) i have 1 of the box's mounted in the QP now and dont think i can fit another

Ahhh, I'm understanding a little better now. So my question now, is, whats the total cost to deploy on this system. Are you all in yet on parts? Are you willing to share?
lol, ITS NOT WORTH THE INVESTMENT for most, but i have all the parts (save coils $200) laying around, but if you wanted to do this i would SKIP the coil on plug as it will no give you the needed energy and look into DCR's or aaronneon's set ups ...but look at any where from 1,000-1500
