there is a function that calculates PW changes when injectors change. you will need to know what you had and what you are going to, it is very important that you realize that not all injectors are rated equal (different test fluids create different flows) so from manufacture to manufacture there will be some discrepencys but usually they can be taken care of with a global % change of the whole map. it is also important to know what injectors you have and I would STRONGLY SUGGEST selecting ones that AEM has done the inj batt offset testing on !!!!!!!! (just pick a set from the wizards) I know some of the marketing on "new" injectors are illureing but they are also misleading (keep that in mind)

the EMS has so many advanced features its crazy (tuners paradise)
but yea after any changes you will need to re-tune a little bit but if you know how the math is done with the EMS (MB/SEC) you will know where to go, its too much for me to try to explaine so I stoped trying as I think I may cause more confusion (most get it after a few maps)
also, if you call the people who make the injectors (IE Fuel injector clinic) they may already have the info you need. i know my 900's from FIC came with it.
