Car dies when AC is on,idle's ruff.Please look CAL inside!

Hey guys,I think my car has a mind of its own.Not sure wtf its doing or why,somedays it runs good daily driving but the rest of the time it seems to run like shit.I came to a stop light today,turned the AC on and the cars AFR leaned out to 18.0 and then died.Also,the inital startup is a PITA in the morning when I first go to start driving the car,hopefully you can see that in the file..I can send anyone the file so whoever wants to take a stab at it,just chime in and I will send you the cal all I need is your e-mail.Mods are as follow...

- 49lb S3 Turbo
- FBM Externally gated,ported,polished and ceramic coated S3 Manifold
- FBM Intake Mani
- E.D. Super Beast FMIC
- ATP UHP w/HKS bov
- Devils own 3 bar progressive trunk mount kit with 2 nozzles... (first nozzle is an M7,2nd is an M5). I get zero knock at 21psi with 360wtq.No boost leaks,everything is welded and teflon taped.
- 3" TBE
- 3" SRI
- AEM EMS
- NGK V-Powers gapped at 30
- 8.2 mm wires
- DCR 255
- DCR Oil Modifier
- Red star return line
- 03' Rail
- RC 750cc Injectors
- 55mm TB
- Big oil filter kit
