Default Autometer WB and EMS

Has anyone used the autometer WB and the ems? I'm having trouble getting the Ems to read the same voltage as the gauge. I do know that the Autometer WB only has a range of 0-4v so what I did was program the gauge to have a scale of 10.0-18.0afr. This keeps me in the same linear range as a 0-5v gauge. Only problem is when the car is running the laptop reads a point higher than the gauge. I have tried using the o2 wizard and tried different brands of 02 sensor but nothing changes. Any ideas?

Get In Touch With Autometer And Get The Voltage/afr Map And Make Your Own "map" For The Gauge Just Top It Out At 4 V

This Should Be Common Knowledge In The Instructions

AFTER READING THE INSTRUCTIONS THEY SAY IT LINAER AND ADJUSTABLE I E MAILED THEM THE QUESTION

Yea i know it's linear and adjustable. I purposely only did a 10.0-18.0 afr so that it would be the same as a 0-5v line with 10.0-20.0 afr. I can unplug the gauge and the gauge and ems both read the same. but after I have it plugged up and running again it will be off.

Yea I guess I'm gonna have to. I was just hoping I wouldn't have to do all the math.

lol get used to it

even with a voltage scale that is straight from the manufacturer there will still be a deviation due to voltage drop across the wiring.you will still need to go into the calibration graph and adjust accordingly

I know about voltage drop across a wire but damn enough for their to be a whole piont difference? I'm gonna wait til my Dis-4 comes back before I do anything else, though cause the car is running rough in the lower rpm range without it.

make sure to set the dwell wizard to capacitve discharge ignition not dodge or msd coil or it will fry your ems
