Its just the Ideal Gas Law but the Density needs to be calced using partial pressures depending on the amount of water vapor in the air and dry bulb and wet bulb temps. Its a tedius calculation by hand. I used to have a spreadsheet I made to do the math for Thermodynamics class, but lost it.
