mine ran 9:1 with the map. we were lost as to why it was so stinkin rich. we had to pull tons of fuel. we uploaded my map on a stock car and he was about 16:1. then it hit us. my cams killed it. i needed to pull TONS of fuel at idle because the duration on my cams. with that pulled, my afr's were pretty darn good
Tex, thanks for posting that info. I believe that is my problem, I am running Crane #16's. All of the information posted so far has been good stuff.
also, you have to remember, there is a reason why the factory ecu pulls timing when it see's overboost. the more boost you run, the less ignition timing you can safely get away with on pumpgas. if you knock, pull timing a bit as you get up there. that way you can get away with it.
just remember, DCX paid a dozen plus engineers TONS of money to design the factory ecu. and now your doing it with no real schooling on the matter. lots of little things to be tweaking. just go slow and have fun

I've been laying really low since I started this thread. My car is finally put back together and it will be tuned tomorrow. I will or Tim (TK Motorsports) will post up some stuff tomorrow. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this will be one of the first NOS AEM tuned cars.

Yeah, that and a fully built engine that is damn near bullet proof Rush lol. Its going to be a fun drive back to SC with the two of us in our cars lol. I hope the piggy detector is working and my spidy sence is in top notch order lol.
Update as of 12:15: initial run on dyno netted 350whp on 12lbs (93 octane). I will keep everyone posted on numbers througout the day as I get them from the TK crew. There will be no NOS or C16 tune today. It will be done on Friday (taking 1 step at a time). We are strictly working on 93 octane today.

380whp on 17psi on the dyno.... Showing signs of spark knock at 20psi so we are sticking to 19psi on 93 octane. On 19psi it should be well over 400whp.
Remember we can't run 22psi on 93 octane like before, with these high 8.9.1 compression pistons.

How much timing are you running on those boost levels?
