I want to get a WOT feature setup on my car for the track and wasn't sure which one would be the better, easier setup, and most beneificial?
twards the end of the EMS manuel it explains how to do a WOT type shifting feature with the EMS (switch type retard) in the options you can change the amount of retard for WOT shifts, I wanted to do a WOT retard on the clutch up switch and an anti-lag on the clutch down switch
this way on the inital contact of the clutch the EMS will reduce power for shifting, and on full clutch disengauge the anti-lag feature would be set for building boost
chuck played with this (not the same way) and the anti-lag was good. I dont know how this would stack up against one of N2MB's boxs for WOT shifting
yea, I need need to read over the manual some more. I just wasn't sure what people prefer. I think Erabbit runs EMS with the n2mb's WOT box. I just want to get something setup, because last time I was at the track I WOT and I don't think my clutch liked WOT shifting at 6500. I will hopefully be getting a Rage twin disc soon, but I still would like to setup a WOT feature.

yea the WOT feature should reduce power just before clutch disengagement for ease of shifting, you could try the retard function if its no good then get a WOT box. I am not sure what the WOT box does, if its just a clutch controled retard or something more
Yea, I'm not sure about the WOT box, I think it is clutch controlled. Is there a how-to to setup the retard function? Like I said I'm still fairly new to the EMS, but I know my way around it some what.

I would greatly appreciate it. My local track closes the 25 and would like to see how this would improve my time. After the 25th I think the only track that is open is Dragway 42 which is 2hr's away.

damn, i wish i had a drag stip only 2 hours away! the close one sucks (never prepped) the 2 hour away one are nazi's about tech, and the 4hour away one is the house of hook.

if I do the right up, you will need to test and post on how to tune it (my car see's about 5 miles a year ) deal
Deal most likely I will mess with it a bit, but my friend who tunes for me will do most of the setup. I'll post up the results for sure, thanks for the help
Yea I have National trail raceway which is 30min from me(it's a decent track) but it closes the 25th. So after that I pretty much only have Dragway 42 that is 2hrs away. I think it's where Realtune goes for test runs.
