AEM 5 bar MAP sensor reading high

I wonder if anyone else out there has ever had this issue. My MAP sensor is reading about 4.5psi higher than my boost gauge. This has also been confirmed by a dyno (which is calibrated and KNOWN to be right).

In other words, my MAP sensor is reading 24psi while the car is really boosting 19.5 psi. It is set to AEM 5 bar in the MAP sensor wizard. Right now we're afraid to turn up the boost until we look into this issue. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Bad sensor? Just trying to look for common issues at this point.

I don't know if this will help but I have an AEM car once with a 3.5 bar that would not read over 22 psi, it turned out the stock map sensor was still in place limiting the voltage even though we saw 27 psi on the dyno computer.

Removed the stock sensor and all was well again, also check your grounds.

I have the stock sensor completely removed with the AEM MAP in it's place (with a rage adaptor). I also ran all new grounds and upgraded the stock battery wires.

Mine is opposit my boost gauge reads higher than my 5 bar.

my gauge and aem 3.5 bar is dead on accurate between the 2
