Default 2-Step setup

I didn't want to hijack the other 2-step thread because this is a completely different issue.

I followed the instructions from the "How-To" page, but I am having a problem with the values staying in the columns.

When the window pops up
I changed the "2 Step Input" to "Switch is always on" then I try to enter a number/value in any of the boxes and it does not allow me to change anything. I can highlight and change the number, but once I move my cursor out of that specific box the number I entered disappears and the value goes back to zero.

This happens in every box, is there some kind of option I have to disable in order to change those values?

Edit: Okay i just noticed this happens in every window I try to modify something. So I guess there is a option I have to turn off somewhere, right?

Okay I was just playing around with the 2 step today and I have it setup like the "How To" section shows.

But my car dies out after I let off the gas, I haven't tried launching yet I was just doing it in my driveway as a test. But the car is really rich and just dies after I let off the gas. What do I need to adjust to fix that?

My settings:
-Switch is always On
-2 step fuel cut 3500 (just a test rpm)
-2step ignition cut 3500 (just a test rpm)
-2step ok below VSS 6mph
-2step retard rev 12800 (I didn't see anything in the "How To" regarding this value, so I left it as what was already there)

Also, should the fuel and ignition cut be the same or should one be more than the other?
