Default Latest 60-1 Map, some issues...

I posted this in the other section first, but couldn't addd the file... so not sure which one should be deleted. Sorry

this is my AEM EMS 60-1 750cc ems map. it runs about 14.5-15.0 out of boost and goes into boost really smooth. I am having one major drivability issue that I just don't understand.

From 1400-1600 while idling in traffic in -20 to -05 vacumm sometimes the car really surges bad. So bad that I have to clutch, rev it up and slip it to get out of that RPM range. TPS is around 5-10% approx. WBo2 is erratic while it is happening.

Any thoughts? need more info?

I tried changing the tps on/off %, DFCO rpm, turned off DFCO, changed the enterance rpms, and exit rpms... but nothing seems to make a difference.

I added from 2 - 5 degrees timing, and it made no difference. I think it has something to do with coming off DFCO and coming onto idle parameters... but I am not sure exactly what to change.
