Default 50 trim SRT-4 Map

This map is based out of Billetdesign and Rage-tek's timing table
with some touches on my behalf All the the application notes are in the .cal file

this for the AEM EMS

output was 340whp @15lb of boost on a DynoDynamics dyno.. aka 10-20% less than a dynojet :P

its very rough map and you can see the timing table has to be smoothed out a little bit

Revision 0.1.0

I have changed out a few settings on the decel map that causes the car not to stall.

idle is better at 14.7-15.00
The car now idiles fine with or without the AC on
Idile is now at a target of 800 rpm vs the target 900..

02 feedback has been recalibrated to get you better gas milage

Still in the works is the part throttle afr's which are off when not in boost ( 13's ) while in boost is around 12-13afr's
Next up on the agenda is to fix the idile AFR's and get a better part throttle map
and fix the fuel map so the 02 sensor feedback does a lot less work ( right now its working within 8-10% error)

1 word of warning brought up to me..
the wastegate control is in fact inverted, but I was to lazy to switch the "invert" button so I did the boost control map upside down.

Reason being is that I think I ran the vac lines opposite way ooops.

little present from a busy student

version 0.1.0 which is a major revision is up

car runs 200% better since the inception of the base map given, I will be playing more and more with the vacuum settings to achieve an extremely stable map

I will say that i will most likely dump the mopar 3bar map and get a aem 3.5 bar due to the very limited vacuum tunning.

After that this will be one of my last few entries on the tuning world as I graduate and get prepped for professional school

So anyway I uploaded this map to my car
Built motor JE pistion 8.5:1 Stock head and cams
5 bar map
750cc
50 trim
30psi fuel pressure vac off

I recalibrated the load breakpoints to the same as the map for the 5 bar.
The idle with this map is at 10.0:1(this is the same with another 50 map there from ben it seems as if my car is alot richer not even in the ballpark)

I then go to take fuel out of it at it stays the same it seems to me like I am taking why too much fuel out for the afr's not to change

Any tips anyone has would be great maybe i missed something!!!

My suggestion is take my map and just go to setup

Sensors , Map Sensor , Map Sensor Wizard

then highlight the AEM 5 bar map sensor..

you might be changing the load points but your voltage cals are off, which means its using the voltage ranges of a standard 3 bar map sensor and not a 5 bar.

2nd are you using a wideband? if you are make sure you select the correct wideband from the 02 sensor menu , as well as in the 02 sensor feedback ( before doing the feedback one make sure you copy all the cells , after loading the cal , it will reset to 12.1 across, just repaste the values)

once that is done , and if the car is still running rich , go into the advanced fuel menu , and go to fuel boost comp map , and select from the lowest vac , to 0 vac , and carefully make it close to a slope of 1 ( rise over run or y=mx+b)

good luck

OK i guess i should rephrase what i said

i did in fact go to the wizard and set it up for the aem 5 bar and after that it changed the load point to go all the way to 60, after it did that i went in and changd the load points back to your values so i could use your fuel map

it is a uego model everything is correct on the afr settings

now when you say the fuel boost comp map, do you mean boost fuel correct if not please fill me in on where to find it

if you pm me an email i can send you it if you have anytime
