Buy them new, they aren't that much from the dealer. A used coilpack or wire on this care is just asking for trouble.

I would like to get new if I knew what's causing the studdering during low revs...

I already changed upstream o2 sensor thingking it was that, but it wasn't... So next logical cheaper step is to change coil pack and or plug wires to see I'd they make a diff. Don't feel like wasting ~100 $ on something that's not a guaranteed fix. If it fixes the problem, then I know I can get a new replacement coil pack and or wires.

Changed also spark plugs and regapped them as well

Could be your TPS or a plugged up air filter as well. But if the coil and wires are older, definitely replace them. All the heat from the block/turbo tends to prematurely kill them.

Thanks for the suggestions.. Tps has been changed out following the TAB with a new sensor and rewiring the grounds but this was done 3 years ago when the tps problem was rampant with the majority of nsrt4.. I will check it out again to see if this is the cause... And as for the filter suggestion, it could very well be it. As I havnt cleaned the filter for a while. Something simple that I will test out tomorrow.otherwise it looks like the dealer will be getting my hard earned moneys..
