Bump for a good deal with lots of runs left on the slicks...Rich what do these rims weight about 15lbs? You know these will go fast come the spring.....In more ways than one...

Hey guys really interested in these slicks but im unsure if they are too big for my set up... im on stock turbo with bolt ons about 275 whp and 292 wtq.

24.5x8.5x15 is a popular setup for the srt4s. look around in the drag racing section and you'll see the tire sizes they're running, it's a common and popular size.

They're not too big. Don't listen to anyone telling you to buy 23" slicks because I'm sure you won't stay at 275hp and eventually you will need 24.5s so why not get them now.

As for the weight of the wheels. I have 15" Drag DR-17s which are Rota knock offs and they weight in at 14.7lbs so these wheels are likely in 13lb range which is awesome.

460 or so at the wheels and the 23's seem to do the job... if he is at 275 the 24.5 are too big... don't offer info that you have no proof to back it up with. But what do i know... i've only run both sizes.. and I stuck with 23's for a reason.

totally agree I was running 340 hp on 24.5 and best i got was a 11.7 went to 23's and went 11.4 same day same track

and this setup is a great deal the wheels alone are worth it
