One of the head chiefs at Mopar (Turbo G-) posted a message here at SRTforums in a previous thread about the availability of the Mopar Stage 1 Turbo Upgrade. I wanted to create a new thread specifically for this great news!
This upgrade is off the chart...props to all people who ante up and take their SRT4 to the next level. Move over imports...
Everyone thank Turbo G for getting this info to the enthusiasts first! Here is Turbo G's message about the Stage 1 Turbo Upgrade:

I may not be able to answer all of your questions - especially if they are real technical, but WAIT and I will get you the answers.. I'm with 'ya!
How does a chip and injectors change the exhaust note?
JC
I asked the same thing. The answer I got was that the computer "lets" extra fuel through the system and it is detonated in the exhaust system. That makes that burping sound we all love. This isn't the technical answer but it is as best I remember it.
I would think If we order this upgrade and have Dodge themselves put it in, that it would NOT void the warranty? Is this correct? I always heard if you order MOPAR products and have it done by a Dodge dealer, that the warranty is still valid???
