SuperStreet has been doing renderings like this for a while now. They've done them for the Civic Si, RSX, MR2, Focus, and others. Normally what happens is that the aftermarket manufacturers of styling products take notes on these renderings and produce parts that are quite "similar" in appearance.

I would not be the least bit surprised if one of the styling companies produces a kit like this...damn this kit is clean isn't it??!!

Don't expect this to come as a GTS version at a dealership near you anytime soon...although I like the thought! Many reasons for this, not the least of which would be the costs associated with crash testing many GTS versions in order to obtain certification. Sucks doens't it? Also, from a volume standpoint, a ton of people aren't going to pay $25k+ for a Neon. (Yes, I know, it's not a Neon. But to the "regulars" out there, it still is a Neon.)

What I can do for you is if the demand is there, I can work with certain aftermarket manufacturers to tool this kit up and offer it at dealerships around the country. This all depends on market response. So think of some ways to communicate to me how much of a demand there would be for a kit like this and I'll see what I can do for you guys...

Imagine running 19x9's and 19x10's on an SRT-4? Pretty sick...

BJ

I suppose I am the only one who doesnt like it, but if it suits your cup o' tea then go for it.

on a side note, if it came with 19x9s (front) and 19x10s (rear), well that is just dumb IMO, why put wider wheels/tires on the back of an FWD car:?:

All I want are those brakes and rotors. . . . . actually, that leads to a thought. Can we mount the front calipers and rotors on the rear, and get a big brake kit for the front?

Naw, 10 inchers on the front, 9's on the back, easy way to dial in oversteer. Works well, did it on my old Neon, and have seen it done on AWD's too.

Ekool. I suggest putting those pics on the main page as well before you log into the forums. You had the old, not put the new.

yeah, why not put bicycle tires on the back. the handling would RULE!!! and you dont need a wing on a FWD car either thats just stupid!

i cant believe you dont like it. even slow5oh likes it. sheesh... some people.

that is the best looking desing i have ever seen.

*side note* did anyone see the wrx that they did? that one is also AWESOME!! this guy needs to design cars for major companies instead of just making posters!!!

Just replace the wing with something a little more sedate and it'd be perfect.
