Trapspeed Vs. Horsepower
I know that trap speed is a pretty good indicater of where your car is horsepower wise. What is the Hp level for a 106 mph trapping car...

I had 260 hp and 295 torque and was trapping 86 and 87 in the 1/8 and 106 in the 1/4.

calculator hp from trap speed
TunerCalcs - Calculate Wheel Horsepower from 1/4 Trap Speed (mph)
stock 03-05 dodge srt4 curb weight is somewhere between 2870 to 2970 lbs
different sources on the internet will give different #'s on the measured curb weight
if you really want to know what your car weighs take it to a drag strip or race track that has a scale

According to this site. Im making 292.54 with a 3103 car(me in it) at 106.5mph. How accurate is this.

I just checked to see how it would be if I were stock. It came out to 234.98 with a 99mph trap.

according to the last 3 runs I made at the track 3 weeks ago its saying that I make 390 hp on 18.5psi of 50trim boost. As much as I would love to believe that I think its off by quite a bit. I would say I make more like 360hp. I think this calc is for rwd cars.

Wouldn't that mean that you actually make more power than it is telling you since most RWD cars have a higher drivetrain loss than FWD cars?

i supposedly only have 240hp and about 290ft/lb of torque (thats according to the guy that ran the car on the dyno... wouldn't let me run the car myself). I ran 89mph in the 1/8 but i ran a 9.00. so where does this leave the theory? (also take into factor my 60ft was horrible and could not catch traction... no track prep just concrete, and street tires)
also i raced a guy and he ran an 8.3 at 81 mph does this mean i have more power than him?
thats a no if you want the answer

ets dont work very well. et is just a traction factor. Mph and car weight are the only fairly accurate way to tell..... sans a dyno
