On 225/45/17 BFG DR's
Boost 23/16
Bogged and spun first, hooked hard 1-2, powershifted all shifts (explains my high 1/8 MPH)
Have a leaking check valve (not bad) and a slight leak on my BOV.
that's too much boost. you're running the same mph (slightly better ET) than what a straight S2 car runs, at 16-18 psi dropping to 14-16.
With race gas and the bfmic, i thought i was ok, and the car def. feels stronger low end with that high spike, versus the 18 spike (cant even break the tires at that psi).
yes, the low end feels good, but you're pulling timing up top killing the far end of the track. You're only gaining 17mph whereas people with less boost and mods are gaining 21-22mph.

Hows that? We all end up at 16psi at redline?? After the spike around 3500 or so, we all are pretty much holding the same psi i thought?
the pcm sees the huge psi, high IAT, and possibly some knock and things go downhill after that. Unless you do some work to the turbo itself you are not really making any more power up above 20psi because the air is so hot and you're past the compressor efficiency point. It isn't a big turbo where you can run 25psi all day long... I'm just saying look at your numbers. With those times and mph up to the 1/8th you should be running better by the 1/4.
i have to say currently i am running stage 0, 3inch tbe w/o2, agp wga, sri, and ebc and i was running the same times as you all on s2, ill have my s2 installed tom. w/a 4" bfmic, and ill be at the track on the 21st and ill post my times but it wont have toys

There are 200 some odd posts here, plenty of well tuned s2 guys are running in the mid to high 12's. Please post up your times on s0 so we can compare your before and after.
Why did you go with s2 if you are already getting the same times? Some would agree that s2 is a waste of money compared to a well tuned s0.

lol im currently pretty much a broke bitch until i deploy, so im just putting it in for better fuel maps, im trying (key word trying) to avoid buying shit i dont plan on keeping...but ive got about 1200 in shit i dont plan on keeping...but it will all come together in the end...i hope...oh and currently my best is 13.89 on street tires (rikken raptors), but w/slicks and s2 w/some other supporting mods im hoping for 12.5 or even lower w/the help of a cooling mist s3

So then you def. were not running the same times as s2 guys currently, or even other s0 guys currently. Heres what would have been my suggestion, get a mapclamp (or disconnect your redline and cap to hide boost) and do an fpr mod, turn up the boost to about 19psi, for about $80 you could have had a 13.0 car.
