Default Dansrt4's 3147 setup and times

Ok i made the stock turbo one to give people an idea what seems to work best for me and what i used to be successful at doing that. So now im 3147 ill start this thread and go from there. I doubt it will be as popular since less people really run this turbo.

MODLIST AS OF 4/26/09
Stage 3pcm
AGP returnline
RC750's "I could do this with 650's but got a deal on 750's"
Cooling mist basic 150 kit M5 nossel 70/30 mix meth/wat

Ok went to local 1/8th last night. Full interior,22psi, pump gas 93, added WOT box but didnt use 2step. here is the breakdown
1.75
4.80
7.26/100.

Now that should put me dam near a 11.2 so im kinda wondering if i can do 10's on pump gas now hmmmmm



Ummm started the day

22psi same as off the street. I was kinda limited to runs because there was this little srt shootout that needed an extra and i was there so i was put in as the 5th man. Also no WOT shifting was done during this im waiting for my wot box to get to me next week before i do more of that to be on the safe side. Also important note the car hasent been ran on 110 or over 22psi so im tuning as this porcess goes along

First practice run 1.82 7.9/98 12.1/117
2nd missed 2nd 1.75 8.26/96 12.4/119 same boost

3rd run 25psi
1.84 7.8/98 11.9/121

4th run 26psi
1.81 7.55/102 11.58/124

5th run 27psi and where i notice my w/i leaking on the line to the solinoid
1.83 7.61/100 11.65/123 I thought it was odd that my trap and et went down on a similer run im usually pretty consistant

6th run 28psi no w/i pulled a lil more fuel to attemt to get in the 11's afr's
1.79 7.49/102 11.54/123.25


7th run 27psi pulled lil more fuel launched a lil higher 5300rpm and obviously no w/i still

1.78 7.49/97.95 11.51/120.91

Negative...i trapped 116 on the stock turbo with the 26's...the only thing that made trap go down was my loss of water injection....

Lol i think he was more asking a question but yeah there is a min amount of power thats recommended but turbo cars like to work also

Yea i was happy with that i was hoping for a 126 trap tho but as was discussed i lost some power from the w/i line break.

I need to get a better burnout and try to get a 1.6 60 and ill be able to maybe hit 103 and my 126-127 trap

good runs!!!! I had issues with my car bogging off the 2 step w/ 26 inch slicks last year, but im also on a much larger turbo and only build like 3psi... best on tall ones was 1.70, to a 1.66 on some wore out used 24.5's. With the 3147 building boost so quick im sure the 26" will work out better for you.
