homemade... i use the stock portion from the turbo to the batterty (the portion of the battery that's closest to the front of car) i have a 90 bend to the dr. side, 3" pipe, another 90 bend into the hold in the fender....
i also have the foglights out and have the filter right behind the hole....
--------Dyno#s update 4/01/05--------
stock turbo spike 21 psi and drop to 15 to red line
307 whp/370 wtq
-----------Dont remerber the date --------------
last dyno i will spray on stock turbo
410 whp/435 wtq Now its running harder
---------------Bigger turbo in 24psi--------------
ran like a champ for 2 days then the motor messed up, now debating wa to get any suggestions
shit... i am hitting inbetween 15 and 18psi at redline in 2-4 gear... 1st gear, i dunno... i spin the wheels at anything more than 5 or 6 lbs of boost...
the pix are old.. i use only the AGP adjustable wastegate to control boost.. the DSBC is sittin in my garage....
i know its dirty... more of a sleepa look to her that way....
i dunno what a/f im gettin.... i have two more mods that i can do, but i need to get on a wideband first to make sure i'm ok a/f wise
i dont think i'm leanin out at all.. i look at my plugs every week or so, and they are black as shit, and blown out like crazy.. i get about 12 mpg out here.... 15mpg if i drive granny style....
i have to reset the gap on em everytime i look at em...
i set at 0.043 and they get blown to 0.052 usually...
I can't see your car running that rich at 18psi. You still have the stock inj. right?
You might want to invest in a SAFC to lean it out a bit more. Then spend some time on the dyno with a wideband and get it tuned.
As far as being safe and not running lean. You still might be running lean at higher RPM's. Which would really suck. It might not hurt to get an EGT gauge too.

Smart man on your cold air intake. I have to laugh when I see CAI systems with the cone filter sitting in the engine bay. They do nothing for you except suck nice hot air into the throttle body. Anyone who knows engine performance, knows that engines just love nice cold air.
