hey guys, i finally got a chance to take the car to the track.. the numbers arent that good BUT im on a stock clutch and i was trying not to tear anything up... once i get an aftermarket clutch ill put the slicks on and get some better times.
overall im very happy with the numbers and especially the consistancy... these were done on street tires.. granny shifting every gear, every run, and about 16-18 psi (boost)
to be honest im really not sure but i would think that time would be around low 13s with the mph but im not sure... just kinda basing that off of my caliber which had a lot less power so i could be way off
not bad for low boost and stock clutch. In the 1/4 mile its all top end imo. I can do 89mph in the 1/8 and trap 120ish mph in the 1/4 mile lol. I would say a 8.7 is around a 13.0-13.2 mark or close to it

thats what im thinking...i could probably knock another tenth or so at least speed shifting i would think... my goal is to get into the 11s with the .50t... im just learning how to drive with the new power.. last time i really went racing was in my caliber and its a lot different from the neon imo..
i also may be getting the clutch sooner than i thought.. may have f****d it up today..
with some slicks you would b in the 7s...how much power you got? one of my friends told me to multiply 1.54 x 1/8th time and it would be kinda close to a 1/4 time..
i ususally only get to go to 1/8 tracks and that goal for me is high 7s... i think that would be right on the verge of 11s.. cant wait to get a clutch so i can put the slicks on and learn how to drive with them and im getting a wot box from a friend and adding 2 step soon!

havent dynoed yet..it was a project car i was taking my time on to my dd and im sure i have boost leaks..
every car is different in 1/8-1/4 mile conversions.
The best way to figure it out is to look at what people with the Same car and Same setup are running.
Most mustangs that run 8.50ish are low 13 mabey high 12s n/a. 7.5 is closer to 11.80ish. for most mustangs.
Now srts are Completly different, we dont get out of the hole like those cars usually. But we trap higher speeds, therefore we make up for it past the 330 mark.
Dont look at what a 320hp 50 trim car runs to guess what your 320 stock turbo will run.
Those caculators are BS.
ps. i have and race BOTH mustangs and srt4
i ran 8.7 in stock turbo which isnt great, but my mph was there

you need slicks if you want to go any faster. there is no fun in street tires trying to go fast. slicks is the way to go. currect 50 trim time of 11.4 untuned. going this next month to hennessey to get tuned on race gas and going to try for a mid 10 sec pull.
