12 second passes all night, and one 11.9 at the end at commerce - SRT Forums

I ran my car last friday night for atlanta dragways fast friday, and i ran consistant 12.0, 12.1, and then the last run was a 11.9. I have the stg3 setup and everything in my car and was wondering wat i cud do to maybe shave a few more tenths or so off my time. i havent got a tune for my car either.

Need a little more info on mods, launch techinque, etc. You can shave a tenth just by taking the passenger & back seat out along with the spare. Nice times by the way that was also my best time for S3 this year.

I wish I could run an 11 sec pass with my stage 3 car but I can't drive for shit.

its got almost every bolt on except for the underdrive pulley, and im about to put some cams, and a 70mm throttle body on it, and i was launching from 4400, and the backseats, and spare tire was out.

I launch at 5500 if thats any help. The front seat comes out very easily also. Throttle body will probably be my next mod also. Let me know how that mod works out for you if you do it before the cams.

You would have got more 11 sec passes if you would have gone to silver dollar raceway in reynolds,GA My trap speeds are on avg 3 mph more at silver dollar than at atl dragway.
