I've been out of town for a few days and finally got a chance to get back online. Thanks to everyone for assistance in this matter. An update to this thread is that he sent me a pm wanting to resolve the issue. I responded to him with payment options to resolve the issue. It's up to him now to do the right thing.

Hey rush I put this thread in the unhappy camper section as well he responded to that one. I will send you a few options in a pm that I discussed with slowboy for when it is resolved that I am going to leave up to you.
It makes me sick to see this, because when I was a vendor (not here), I had someone do this to me once and I know EXACTLY how it feels. I was very lucky though, I called the DHL corporate office as soon as I saw the scammer do a payment reversal, and within minutes, the guy on the phone called the delivery driver with the package on his truck for delivery, and I had the delivery canceled along with a shipment reversal. That POS MF'er got denied.
If this ever happens again, I'd recommend giving this method a shot...
I still got screwed in the end though, DHL literally annihilated the package and broke the well-packaged and fully insured $240 headlight that was inside. Even with $300 of added insurance, DHL "accidentally" made repetitive "administrative mistakes" and delayed the processing so long, their time limitations on insurance claims expired and THEY screwed me. Screw DHL, but at least the scammer didn't get my part. I'd rather it be destroyed by the courier than it go to a scammer.
Yeah. There is always gonna be a few people that will always do the wrong thing. In the long run, it will catch up to them some kind of way. Maybe, he will turn over a new leaf and do the right thing in the new year.
