I hope everyone here has seen that in the next few weeks John from PTP will have 20 55mm TBs available for the GT Cruiser.....
For those who may not know John from PT Performance has really stepped up to the plate for us and the turbo Cruiser. In fact he has a thread open in his forum about new parts for the Cruiser as well as parts you may want or ideas for parts you may have.
John (PT Performance) is one of the best vendors here. His customer service, products, and performance are the best I have ever delt with in the automotive aftermarket.
Check out his forum and feel free to post any ideas for parts you may have.
The 55mm TB is already out (and has been for a while) for the SRT-4 guys, If you check in the PTP vendor section there is a thread on results / opnions from the guys who have installed it.
Needless to say the thread is full of great reviews, however their are no dynos numbers that I have seen yet (John says more to come on this). However based on my research and expierence the 55 mm seems like the ideal size for a stock turbo or SST car. I think that the PT's extra weight and long runner intake manifold make it better suited to a slightly smaller TB.
Yes we have an update, I got the box to t-bodies and what do you know I got something other the PT GT cores. I am now ordering the last 2 in the nation for the PT GT and I should have them ready in about 2 weeks. I was all excited when the box got here and I got what looks like regular neon t-bodys that will not work no matter how I fiddle with them. So I should have at least 4 cores to work with now but that will not be enough, so if some one can hook me up with a few t-bodies I will in return hook you up with a great deal on the PTGT t-body. Let me know guys since I want to get this done for you asap, thanks.
