Default Interesting problem

Well, bad luck has struck again, completely stock PT GT. making some hard laboring sounds and has sketchy boost, sounds like a whine from the turbo, anyone have any ideas? dealership wont check the turbo, i pulled the airbox inlet and there's no shaft play.

More info.......

Is it making sounds under power? Idle? CEL? Mods? Laboring sound??

Sounds like a boost leak.... Do a test or at least check all the hose clamps / vac lines

Edit: I can't spell

when it's cold it will have horrible boost, sounds almost like there's something wrong with the turbo when it's given some gas, spool is slow but then it comes on, i think it might be the factory BOV bladder sticking because it's cold, we'll see if it still does it once it's back from the dealership. turbo just seems uber laggy when it's cold, making hard laboring sounds before the boost even starts to build up and takes awhile.

it's kind of like tires on an 4x4 humming down the road when it's cold. it's hard to explain and i cant catch it on video. i've tried tracing all the vacuum lines thinking it might be the little green line off the brake booster that pops off most of the time on the srt-4. pretty much have ran out of ideas from the comon vacuum line problems i had with that car before zippin' all of them.
