I'm not 100% positive since i have an '03. But since the '03 S1 for both comes with bigger injectors & the '04's for both don't i'd say yes, they are the same. I know you said stock ,but i think it would be the same way.

Yes the '04s both came stock with 577.1 cc/min injectors, (with a Black body), the stock '03s had 524.7 cc/min injectors (with purple bodies).
